Wish Tree

For 31 years, Georgia United Foundation® has partnered with local Divisions of Family & Children Services (DFCS) and similar organizations to provide new toys and clothing for children in foster care during the holidays.

Thank you for your donations!

The holidays will be made brighter for children in foster care this year thanks to the generous donations made to the Georgia United Foundation's 31st annual Wish Tree program. Since the start of the program, over 32,458 gifts have been donated to children in the foster care system through the local Divisions of Family & Children Services (DFCS) and similar organizations. This year 1,284 gifts were provided to 352 children (and in some communities' mothers) in 10 counties!

About Wish Tree

Wish Tree is one of Georgia United Foundation's longest running community service programs. Thanks to the generosity of our members and local communities, we have been able to provide over 30,000 gifts to foster children.

For additional information about our Wish Tree program or how you can be involved, please contact our Community Development team at 770.476.6400, ext. 6425 or email us.

On behalf of everyone at Rockdale County Department of Family and Children Services, we would like to express our sincere gratitude for your generous donations and sponsorship with Rockdale County families and children. It was heartwarming knowing that a child woke up on Christmas morning with a smile, while opening their gifts that you so generously gave.
