Wish Tree

Georgia United Foundation partners with local Divisions of Family & Children Services (DFCS) and similar organizations to provide new toys and clothing for children in foster care during the holidays.

Thank you for your donations!

With the generous donations made to Georgia United Foundation's Wish Tree program, the holidays were brighter for children in foster care this year. Over 200 children in need were gifted toys and clothing, collected at Georgia United Credit Union branches and online. We are thankful to every compassionate donor who helped make this possible. 

About Wish Tree

Wish Tree is one of Georgia United Foundation's longest running community service programs. Thanks to the generosity of Georgia United members and local communities, we have donated over 33,000 gifts to children in the foster care system through the local Division of Family & Children Services (DFCS) and similar organizations.

Habersham County DFCS is so thankful to Georgia United Foundation for partnering with us to provide Christmas assistance to some of the county’s most vulnerable citizens.
