Established in 2016, Georgia United Foundation is the charitable arm of Georgia United Credit Union. We share the credit union's commitment to serving our communities, focusing on initiatives that improve the quality of life for children and families.

Through Georgia United Credit Union team members, partners and volunteers, our tax-exempt 501(c)(3) charitable foundation delivers impactful programs across Georgia. By supporting initiatives that enrich education and improve financial well-being, we uplift the entire community. Habersham County DFCS is so thankful to Georgia United Foundation for partnering with us to provide Christmas assistance to some of the county’s most vulnerable citizens. At any given time, we have approximately 75-100 children in difficult situations, many of whom are placed with family friends or extended relatives who receive no financial assistance.
